What is the Gold’s Gym Mission Boot Camp?
- One hour group training session beginning at 5:30 a.m.
- 3 days per week – Monday – Wednesday - Friday
- 4 consecutive weeks
- 12 – 1 hour training sessions w/ certified instructors providing the best workout for you!
What can you expect a typical day of camp be like?
- Each day will bring something new and exciting
- Cardio

- Gold’s Gym members - $169.00 (less than $15 for a full hour of training)
- Non-members $199.00 (less than $17 for a full hour of training)
