What is the Gold’s Gym Mission Boot Camp?

  • One hour group training session beginning at 5:30 a.m.
  • 3 days per week – Monday – Wednesday - Friday
  • 4 consecutive weeks
  • 12 – 1 hour training sessions w/ certified instructors providing the best workout          for you!

What can you expect a typical day of camp be like?

  • Gold’s Gym members - $169.00 (less than $15 for a full hour of training)
  • Non-members $199.00 (less than $17 for a full hour of training)
